Summary

 

To help the AT&T Sales Force pitch customers on the new BlackBerry OS10 software and devices, we designed and developed a whole new interactive approach to their sales approach - a fully scalable, multi-platform and responsive sales kit, complete with videos, in-depth product specs and all the info they could need to close deals.

 

 

 

 

Overview

 

A relationship that spanned years, we helped Cisco launch multiple initiatives from content marketing to some of the company's first iPhone and iPad apps - helping raise the public's awareness of the emerging network needs.

Summary

 

To increase ATT.com's order conversion rate and average purchase sizes, we undertook a largescale UX project to help streamline the entire site's purchase flow, making it easier for consumers to find the products they want and discover one's they didn't know they needed.  No areas were out-of-bounds as we concepted, designed and tested improvements throughout the site.
